Planning for the 2012 Regional on June 11 - 15th in Des Moines is well underway.   You can reserve your hotel room now by contacting the

Adventureland Inn (515) 265-7321.  Tell them you are with the 2012 Model A Regional.

A new window will open your copy of the Registration Form by clicking the link below.  You have two options for filling out the Document:

1.  You can fill it out on your computer, then print the document and mail it with your check.  NOTE:  You will get a message telling you that you

      cannot save the document after editing the form.  Just close the message, then continue filling out the form and then print it.

2.  Just print the blank document first, fill it out by hand and mail it with your check.
